Video Monitoring Dispatcher

Your Responsibilities
- Continuous monitoring of video surveillance systems and rapid identification of incidents or suspicious activities.
- Managing alarms generated by security systems (motion detection, intrusion, panic buttons, etc.).
- Analysing and recording events captured by surveillance cameras.
- Notifying intervention teams or competent authorities, in accordance with internal procedures, when the situation requires it.
- Promptly and accurately communicating information to colleagues and supervisors.
- Compiling activity reports and incident documentation.
- Adhering to security procedures and information confidentiality regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of monitoring systems.
- Reporting any faults and providing support in checking the functionality of equipment (cameras, monitors, DVR/NVR and alarm systems).
Candidate Profile
- Completed secondary education (minimum 12 grades); a Baccalaureate diploma is an advantage.
- Availability to work shifts, including day and night.
- Basic PC skills (Windows and Microsoft Office).
- Observational skills, attention to detail and ability to concentrate.
- Reliable, responsible and punctual.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
